2.Eligibility

• Employees of OnlyPlates, Inc., their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

3.Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) CST on November 30, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 8, 2024.

Additional entries can be earned by submitting more plate reviews. Each review submitted during the entry period counts as one (1) additional entry, provided it meets the following criteria:

• The plate must be a real dish listed on the menu of a real eatery.

• The eatery may not be a fast food or franchise restaurant.

• The review must reflect the user’s genuine and original opinions.

Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.

5.Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $100 AMEX, Visa or Mastercard Gift Card.

• The gift card may be delivered digitally via email or physically by mail, based on the winner’s preference.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or another prize.

6.Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by 11:59 PM on December 9, 2024.

• Notification will be sent to the email address provided during signup.

• The winner must respond to the notification email within 24 hours and provide their valid mailing address or confirm their preference for digital delivery to claim the prize.

• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another random drawing will be conducted to select a new winner. This process will repeat until a winner responds with their prize delivery details.

• If the drawn winner no longer has an account with the OnlyPlates app at the time of drawing, they will be disqualified.

7.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry increases the chance of being randomly selected.

• At the time of writing these rules, the OnlyPlates platform has 550 registered users. This number may increase during the entry period as new users sign up and participate.

• The drawing is conducted using a random selection process from all eligible entries. Additional entries earned by submitting multiple reviews during the entry period increase your odds. For example, if you submit three eligible reviews, you have three chances in the drawing.

8.Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow OnlyPlates, Inc. to use their name and city/state for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

9.Limitation of Liability

OnlyPlates, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered email notifications. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless OnlyPlates, Inc. and its employees from any claims or liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

10.Disqualification

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Reviews found to be plagiarized or fraudulent, or those that do not comply with the entry requirements, will result in disqualification. OnlyPlates, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
